Holidays and Family Togetherness Workshop
/Holiday workshop -- Learn some time-tested and some innovative strategies for effectively dealing with the stresses of family togetherness over the holidays at the Lehi Community Council-sponsored workshop series for families, "Holidays and Family Togetherness."
The Dec. 1 workshop will discuss and share skills for dealing with stress, expectations, anger, conflict, in-laws and how to make this holiday season the most enjoyable in years. The series workshops are held every first Friday of the month at the Lehi Council Chambers at City Hall, 153 N. 100 East, Lehi, at 7 p.m.
Presented by Jonathan Sherman, LMFT, who is a marriage and family therapist, author of "The Stressbuster's Guide to Busting Holiday Stress," and founder of Bardos Relationship Consulting, is experienced in assisting people learn to improve their marriages, their parenting and themselves through skill development, life coaching, overcoming depression and anxiety, stress and anger management, and addiction recovery.
